Ingredients

Handful finely chopped Thyme Handful finely chopped Rosemary Handful finely chopped Mint 60 ml Mustard 30 ml Wholegrain Mustard 60 ml lemon juice 30 ml Mix Seasoning Salt and pepper 1 @Taste of Africa Large Leg of Lamb


Method

Preheat the oven to 180°C. In bowl, combine the thyme, rosemany, mint, mustard, lemon juice, Seasoning, salt and pepper. Marinate the lamb. Place in a pre-greased pan, cover and roast for 1 to 1 ½ hours. Serve with vegetables of your choice, seasoned with Seasoning @tastehome
