Lamb baharat spice rub Recipe



INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil

  • 12 Lamb Cutlets ; trimmed

  • 1 and 1/2 tablespoons Paprika Powder

  • 1 tablespoon Ground Black Pepper

  • 3 teaspoons Ground Cumin

  • 2 teaspoons Ground Corriander

  • 2 teaspoons Ground Cinnamon

  • 2 teaspoons Ground Cloves

  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cardamom

  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground Star Anise

  • pinch Ground Nutmeg

  • Tabouli, Tzatziki and Lebanese Bread ; to serve @zara saliba

INSTRUCTIONS

Make baharat spice rub: Place ingredients in a bowl. Mix well to combine. Combine oil and 2 tablespoons spice rub (see tip) in a bowl. Brush over both sides lamb cutlets. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes, if time permits. Preheat a barbecue plate on medium heat until hot. Cook lamb for 3 minutes each side for medium or until cooked to your liking. Serve with tabouli, tzatziki and Lebanese bread.
