INGREDIENTS
2 Taste of Africa crumbed pork schnitzels
2 x 75 g packets two-minute noodles
2 whole chillies (fresh or dried)
1 T canola oil
1 t each freshly prepared ginger and garlic
3 T hoisin sauce
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Cook the schnitzels till browned 2. Cook the noodles without the flavour sachet. Fry the chillies in the oil with the ginger and garlic. 3. Add the noodles and stir fry. Add the hoisin sauce and fry until sticky. Serve with the sliced crispy pork schnitzels.
