Biltong, Cream Cheese, Mayo Dip

Ingredients

Dip

1 Tub Cream Cheese

2 TBs Mayo

150g Beef Biltong

1 Spring Onion, chopped

Pepper, to taste

Directions

Dip

Slice the Biltong

Blend together the Biltong, Cream Cheese, Mayo. (If you do not have a blender, simply mix it up in a bowl.)
