Microblading is a cosmetic tattooing procedure that fills in thin eyebrow areas to make them look fuller. Unlike a traditional tattoo, which is permanent, the coloring from microblading may last for up to 2 years. This is because microblading uses different tools and a smaller amount of pigment. This small procedure helps transform your existing eyebrows and gives you the appearance that you have make up on 24/7.Due to the process of microblading it also allows for perfect shaping of your eyebrow all year long.
Microblading process and your 30day or 60 day ( 2 Months) touch-up
The process involves using a hand-held microblade tool with nano-needles.
We use a microblade tool to apply color pigments that look like real hairs. The color effect will fade over time, so touch-ups may be necessary to maintain the desired look. Please note that you have to come back after 30 to 60 days for you touch-ups so that we can see if the Pigments color are still in place ,your 60day touch up will be $60.
How does it work?
With using a manual tattoo technique, tiny hair-like strokes are made while pigment is deposited into the epidermal layer of the skin. Due to the pigment fading over time, it is recommended to have a touch up
What to Expect During Your Treatment?
Microblading can take up to 2 hours. We will 1st clean your Eyebrow please don't were Makua on the day off your appointment. Eyebrow mapping is done before the procedure where we artist will measure and draw the outline of the desired eyebrow shape. We will test the color before we start and you will give as the go ahead on the color you ask for . yes we will give you advice but on the end of the day you have to tell us what color you need. The color will fade after a few weeks and that is way we will do a touch -up for you for $60 but the price will only be for 60days after your 1st appointment
Then numbing cream is applied to the area. Next the artist will begin making tiny hair-like strokes to ultimately create a natural looking brow. Although numbing cream is used, it can be a little uncomfortable but tolerable . We will follow your natural eyebrow shape to enhance and fill them in but in some cases it is necessary to reshape your brows to better suit your facial features , it is important to know that if you have already done this before and you have only lines it make it impossible for us to make your eyebrow 100% the same . we will do the best we can !!

2)What Does the Healing Process Look Like Since the procedure involves inserting tiny hare strokes of pigment gradually into the skin, making sure there are no harsh edges but a soft and smooth effect, your brows will be a bit swollen and too dark immediately after the treatment.The healing process takes 1-5 weeks, during which you need to be extra careful about your brows.Here is what you can expect during the healing period:Day 1 and 2Your brows are too dark and they look like a block of pigment. Also, redness is present and they might be swollen. You might not be satisfied, but be prepared for this.Day 3The first thing you will notice is scabbing. After the microblading brows treatment, scabs fall off DO NOT SCRATCH .Day 4 – 5This period is the most difficult to overcome, Scabs keep falling off, leaving your brows in patches. Your brows are itchy but under no circumstances should you scratch or touch them. Carry on with the aftercare routine and be patentYour brows look too light and you must think that the whole process has been unsuccessful. Scabs are not that common anymore. The healing period is almost over.Your brows are coming back! They are taking their final shape and look much better. However, they might still look a little bit patchy and uneven.Your brows are completely healed. Now it’s time to book a touch-up appointment to correct any possible patches you have of the scabs

Physical activity – if you sweat a lot, it will negatively affect the healing process

What Do I Need to Know About Scabbing?
Scabbing is quite normal and very common after Microblading treatment. Most of the people experience it. Scabs don’t appear immediately after the treatment. You can expect them after 3-7 days, and they can last up to two weeks.
It is important not to touch them because you can seriously damage your eyebrows and slow down the healing process.
Do not try to stop scabbing. Use your aftercare treatment 3 times a day
How Do you Treat your Microblading Treatment Once the Healing Period is Over?Once the healing period is over you can be more relaxed. Now you can wash your face normally, apply makeup, sleep on your face, work out or do whatever you want.If you want to make them look good longer, book regular touch-ups. Also, avoid using face products that contain retinol , glycolic or lactic acids because they speed up fading on your eyebrows During the healing period do not use makeup , the area is sensitive and prone to infections. Therefore, avoid applying any makeup, especially close to the treated area, because some of it might reach the area and cause infections. You can continue your normal daily routine after the healing period is over.Do I Need Touch Ups and How Often?The first touch up should be done after the healing period is over, which is 4-8 weeks after the treatment. Its purpose is to correct all the imperfections. For example, if your skin didn’t take the pigment in some spots, there is the touchup to fix it. Do not miss your appointment If you want your microblading brows to last longer, frequent touch-ups are required. The frequency depends on how quickly the color fades . with Tina Davis products it's not fading if you look after them . You should book an appointment as soon as you notice the color is disappearing. If you let it fade too much, you might need to complete the entire treatment. It is more painful to do everything all over again. , and cost much more . As we have to do everything over agene What Does the Aftercare EntailAftercare can determine the success of the treatment. You must religiously follow the instructions given by your artist. Here are the dos and don'ts of the aftercare:
Don’t wash your brows extensively. Don’t wear makeup Apply a thin layer after care treatment with an earbud . It will make scabs fall off faster. Also, it is good to apply it before showering, to keep the area protected. Do not use it after your brows are healed. Don’t go swimming - Swimming, salt water & chlorine will cause the pigment to fadeDon’t sleep on your faceDon’t have long and hot showersDon’t expose them to the sunDon’t work out or sweat a lot every day Don't use drugsDon't use alcohol It is very important to follow all the tips given in order to get great results. 5) Candidates who are seeking Microblading and who may be contraindicated (meaning those that we cannot treat) are:
Those under 18 years of age
Persons with diabetes
Pregnant and breast feeding women
Persons with glaucoma and who are taking blood thinning medicines (e.g., aspirin)
Persons with skin diseases such as psoriasis, eczema and undiagnosed rashes or blisters on the site that is to be treated
Those with transmittable blood conditions like HIV or Hepatitis
Active skin cancer in the area to be Microblade
Persons who suffer from hemophilia
Have healing disorders, on blood thinners, uncontrolled high blood pressure or had Mitral valve disorder
Those on any skin medication
Persons with allergic reactions to topical anesthetics
Other contraindications
Persons using AHA’s (lactic, glycolic, citric, retinoic and tartaric acids) or any OTC creams and lotions for tone correcting, anti-aging, exfoliating, fading as this can discolour your Microblading procedure.
Persons with Influenza, a cold or any sinus or respiratory infection need to reschedule appointments once infection has cleared.
Persons taking Warfarin or similar anticoagulant treatments - The level of bleeding during Microblading and the response to topical lidocaine & epinephrine will determine coverage per appointment. If excessive bleeding occurs, extra appointments may be necessary for the desired outcome or the procedure may not be effective.
Cancers/Chemotherapy - Doctor's clearance will be necessary. (Best to wait 6 months after treatment to have microblading procedure done)
Dermal Fillers or Botox on forehead- Get Microblading procedure first .
Shingles (varicella) - If you have shingles on your face, you will need to wait for the condition to clear completely before the Microblading procedure.
Eyelift or blepharoplasty - Wait about 3 months.
Eyelash extensions - AFTER Microblading, not before. Or remove them before your procedure.
Pinkeye - As soon as the infection has cleared & your medication has been completed.
Cold Sores - Clients with a history of cold sores need to premedicate with an antiviral drug (Zoviraz, Valtrex, or Acyclovir).

Do not take Ibuprofen, Painkillers, Aspirin, Niacin or Vitamin E the day before the procedureAside from alcohol, coffee, and energy drinks, it is also not advisable to take the following medications 24 hours before the procedure. Also, avoid other medications that have a substantial effect on your body.d. Do not tan and avoid extensive sun exposure three days before the procedureIntensive exposure to the sun changes the skin color and can cause a problem as your technician chooses a pigment that matches your skin color. e. Avoid other brow procedures such as waxing, tinting, and threadingTo achieve the best eyebrow results, you should avoid threading, waxing or tinting one week before the appointment.f. Expect rednessMinimal redness may occur on the treated brow areas during and after the treatment. It also depends on a person’s skin type as skin reacts differently to the procedure, but only a rare case of severe redness happens.g. Makeup on the day of the procedureAvoid putting makeup on your brow areas.h.
