Boerewors Bake with Potatoes & Gravy

Ingredients

• 700 g Baby potatoes

• 3 Carrots (, peeled and cut into 2"/5cm pieces)

• 2 Garlic cloves

• 1 tsp Oregano, dried

• 2 Red onions

• 2 tsp Thyme, dried

• 1 Thyme, Fresh

• 8 Boerewors Sausages (500-700g / 1-1.4lb) @ Taste of Africa

• 2 cups Beef broth

• 2 1/2 tbsp Flour

• 1 Salt and pepper

• 1 Oil spray

• 2 tbsp Olive

Preheat oven 200c/390F Cooking Boerewors sausages in the oven with vegetables and gravy is a terrific quick dinner idea that takes minutes to assemble! The sausages get nicely browned, the vegetables tender.

Mix you 2 cups Beef broth with flour mix well . Transfer all ingredients into roasting pan & add your gravy . Ready to Serve
